What Are the Take on May Requirements?
- Work Out 14 Times: Attend classes at Sasquatch Strength 14 times over the month (that's roughly 3 times a week) - if you're not a member, the challenge price includes a one month gym membership!
- Protein Intake: Eat and log your personalized protein intake daily, ensuring you’re fueling your body right.
- Daily Walks: Commit to a 10-minute walk each day to improve your overall health.
